At Ollie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
